Brandice Pittard Pelfrey

Brandice P. Pelfrey, CMP has worked in the association management profession for more than 15 years, ranging from regional to international organizations. Though adept in all areas of the field, her expertise is in fundraising/sponsor development, membership recruitment and retention, continuing education, and event management. Brandice understands the drive, process, and procedures involved in making organizations the most successful they can be and possess the abilities to identify and meet the desired outcomes. In her work experience she has developed and honed the skills needed to work as a team and promote success. Not only can she meet and exceed her goals, she has proven ability to assist volunteer and staff members in doing the same. As a professional, she enjoys learning from others and knows that collaboration leads to innovation. Brandice is currently preparing to take the Certified Association Executive (CAE) exam.

Christie Meresse, MPA

Christie has worked with associations and government entities for more than 15 years. In addition to working as an association management professional, she served as Assistant Director to a state government agency managing an annual budget in excess of $1 billion and over 100 full-time and part-time staff. She has served as a board member for both local and national non-profit associations and understands the commitment volunteers make when asked to serve. Christie has worked with a range of organizations to address many challenges including operational efficiency, process improvement, and core program revitalization. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Florida State University, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of West Florida.

Hedley Warren, MPA

Hedley holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Furman University and a Masters degree in Public Administration with a Concentration in Non-Profit Management from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga. She brings to clients an expertise and knowledge of social media management, marketing, and event management. In her current role, Hedley leads organizations to build their bottom line through strategic marketing campaigns, signature events, and improved social media presence. She is adept at project management, creative marketing and fundraising strategies, and building relationships with the media, sponsors, and key partners. She maintains a big picture philosophy with focus on the goals and a critical eye on the details.

Katie Diaz

Katie graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Family, Youth and Community Sciences.  After working in the social work field for a while, she transitioned to a Project Leader role where she planned board and executive meetings, sales meetings and company events for a biomedical company. She brings with her a strength in organizational skills which help her manage a large amount of logistical details to execute a flawless event or meeting. Katie works with clients to facilitate committees, educational programs and trainings, membership, communication, and sponsor relationships.

Ashley Rabon

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Maryland University College. Leveraging her background in certification programming and events management, she works with clients to develop and refine educational programs that align with their strategic goals. Ashley also lends support and focus to client membership recruitment and retention, communication, database maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Karen Groves

Karen has over 18 years experience working as a print and web designer for association management professionals throughout Florida, as well as with various state departments and non-profits in Florida and beyond. With a focus on conferences and trade shows, Karen's projects include brochures, magazines, trade show displays, member directories, and other promotional products. Working alongside associations for so many years, Karen has a unique understanding of what associations require for their conferences and events. Karen also designs and develops websites with a specialization in WordPress. She also creates web graphics, HTML newsletters and solves a few IT problems for her colleagues along the way!
